Background
More about the Therapy

Like so many aspects of our daily life, counselling offers an array of choice, enabling you to decide on which type of therapy may suit you best.

Despite the common reference to ‘talking therapy’, there are varying models of counselling, each with specific values, beliefs, methods and techniques.

As an integrative counsellor, I combine different therapeutic ideas and tools in order to guide my work with individuals, providing the opportunity to offer a bespoke counselling experience which adapts to your needs and circumstances.

Although I am not committed to one single therapeutic approach, utilising elements from varying models, my key focus supports self-exploration, seeking understanding without presumption or judgement.

My therapeutic work considers the way in which different aspects of ‘being’ and ‘function’ integrate, contributing to our overall sense of wholeness, including thoughts, emotions and behaviours, as well as social and spiritual experience.

I believe in the strength and restorative benefits of talking, particularly when listened to with depth and attentiveness; enabling you to find your sense of self, maximise potential and fulfil personal growth.
